Return Process

  • Return Shipping: Pack the product securely and include a copy of the RA number inside the package. Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method with in 5-7 business working day.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, you will receive a partial refund based on the returned items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.
